Cleansing mat~ spray onto a wet cloth or directly on yoga mat, wipe down yoga mat and allow it to air dry. For deep cleansing, spray directly onto mat and allow it to soak in for 4 to 6 minutes. Use a wet cloth to work up a lather and then wipe away the lather with a damp cloth and allow to air dry.
